This REYMSA Closed Circuit System was successfully installed at a condominium, in Houston, TX. The REYMSA Fiberglass tower replaced a metal tower that was old and falling apart after losing its coil in the freeze, so it became an emergency. Quickly, our rep in Houston identified the needs of the customer and pitched them on non-corrosive materials of construction, warranty, and chemical-free water treatment system. Thanks to Roessler Equipment Company for this great job. |
Excellent installation of an HFC-810110 Closed Circuit Fluid Cooler that replaced an old metal tower with a plate heat exchanger. The old system was struggling to meet capacity and had severe corrosion problems. Customer was very excited to get rid of all of the individual components and opt for REYMSA's corrosion resistant Closed Circuit Fluid Cooler. The tower has an additional pump to provide redundancy on the project. Thanks to Roessler Equipment Company for this great job. |
A new install at Mersen, a global expert in electrical solutions in sectors such as energy, transportation, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical and process industries, this facility is located in north central PA. This RTU cooling tower replaced a metal tower which rusted out prematurely. An internal divider wall was added to the two-fan REYMSA cooling tower, resulting in two cells with one fan each, so they can operate independently. Each cell is sized for 75% of current load for redundancy rather than 2 single cell towers (more first cost and install cost). Tower is bottom gravity drain into sump below, but the owner asked REYMSA to leave the side bottom outlets, which are being used as inlets so tower cells can be bypassed for an emergency fan and for easy repair. Thanks to Thermaltech in Pittsburgh for this great job. |
